Job Description:

As a key team member, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for both internal and external projects. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Business Analyst will be required to understand customer processes, design solutions and translate business requirements into deliverables. The Senior Business Analyst will work with the Operations team to architect a solution, schedule deliverables, regression test and deliver the completed solution to the customer. As well, the Senior Business Analyst will monitor, review and recommend enhancements to the customers to leverage and maximize their investment.

Additionally, internal initiatives will require the Senior Business Analyst to review and test new and existing product lines and recommend product enhancements on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a minimum 3 years' Business Analyst/Project Management-related work experience functioning in a senior role.
• Credit risk experience and demonstrated knowledge in the following industries is beneficial but not mandatory:
  • Telecommunications
  • Leasing (Automotive/Equipment)
  • Banking/Finance (Lending/Collections)
  • Insurance
• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent work experience
• Highly motivated self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
• Excellent English communications skills (both verbal and written) /outgoing individual
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to quickly establish solid rapport with customers and be able to provide a high level of support with attention to problem description, detail and impact
• Flexibility to work both collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
• Flexibility to work overtime as required

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is located at 2 Bloor Street East in downtown Toronto. Compensation is based on experience level and the value the individual can bring to the company. Decisioning Solutions offers an extensive benefits package.
